High water bill? We find the irrigation leak.

Any one of an irrigation system's components failing could be raising your water bill. A leak in an old system, an irrigation valve gone bad, or even a timer out of adjustment could be costing you money. Sundowner Irrigation LLC tracks down the cause and fixes it.

Sundowner Irrigation LLC is family owned, run by owner John Lovesee, and licensed, bonded & insured (Arizona ROC#353190).

What usually causes a high water bill

• A leak in an older drip or sprinkler line
• A valve that won't fully shut off
• A timer that is out of adjustment, or still on a summer schedule
