A Hunter Hydrawise controller adjusts watering to the local weather. Sundowner Irrigation LLC installs the Hunter HPC400 and can monitor it for you remotely.
Sundowner Irrigation LLC is family owned, run by owner John Lovesee, and licensed, bonded & insured (Arizona ROC#353190).
If you pay your water bill to the City of Peoria, you qualify. The city rebates up to $250 on a WaterSense smart timer, one per water account. We handle the install and the rebate paperwork for you.
Every Hunter HPC400 we install comes with a 3-year warranty. If it ever fails after that while you're still on our monitoring plan, we'll replace it at our cost for the timer, with no labor charge. Monitoring is free the first year, then $150 a year, or choose our Monitoring + 2 Visits Plan for $300 a year.
See Hydrawise monitoring for what the plan includes.
